Open and Recruitment Day

Everyone is invited to our open day at our new Headquarters on Diarmid Road, Hanford. Pop along anytime between 10am and 3pm on Saturday, 10th December 2011.

Find out all about us, the activities we do and how to join. There will be opportunities to speak to some of leaders and even to have a go at some of our activities.

There will be photographs of our recent events, copies of programs and information about the group etc..

There may also be an opportunity to speak with some of our existing Scouts and Explorers.

Adult Volunteers

There are also opportunities for adults to join our team of volunteers. Pop along and talk to our Group Scout Leader about how you can support Scouting in Hanford.

It is the policy of the Group and the Scout Association to safe guard the welfare of our young people, as such all requests to join our team of adult volunteers are subject to CRB (Criminal Record Beareu) checks.
