Summer Camp 2012 - Update

Consultation Responses

We have recieved a number of the responses back from the consulation excercise. The excercise requested your thoughts and preferences on dates and locations for this year's summer camp.

After recieving nearly half of the responses we have decided to move forward in selecting a date for the camp (As the leaders need to book thier holidays, as well as allowing scouts to add this to thier calender). As yet we can not confirm the location - until we recieve a few more responses

Confirmed Date

2012's Summer Camp will be held during teh week of the 4th-11th August. For those who only wish to attend for 5 days, this will be accomdated within this week as well.

Location

As yet not all replies have been recieved, however we are very close to getting a sufficent interest in going away to Great Tower.  Further details will be issued over the next week or two.

Again, if the decision is made to go away, we will arrange transport to cover both a 5 day and 7 day camp.
